 John Leslie is back as Jack, the smooth-talking lady's man he played in most of the Talk Dirty To Me films, and this time, Jack's got a problem. Struck with a case of amnesia, the normally manipulating Jack is now sincere, genuine and even, well, nice. Knowing something is wrong, Jack checks himself into a sanitarium to try to recover his lost memory. Once there, he befriends a fellow patient and tries to help her through some emotional baggage that has festered for too long and landed her in the hospital. While in the sanitarium, Jack proves he hasn't forgotten how to seduce women, and he beds half of the female staff, most notably nurse Shanna McCullough. Finally, Jack gets him memory back and returns to the world to resume his Quixotian
